Pumpkin and pecan pies, respectively.
As anticipated, the pumpkin did not go over as well as the pecan, but that just means there more leftovers for me. I made The Pioneer Woman’s pecan pie instead of my usual recipe, and it is OMG so good that I am probably going to forsake that other pie in the future. Happy Thanksgiving to all my American friends, at home and abroad.

Pumpkin is one of my favourite things, so I don’t get it, either. But since it left me with most of a pumpkin pie, I am not complaining.

Your pies look scrumptious! I would love to have the pumpkin all to myself also. Here we had the mandatory Blueberry and a new one this year_Applesoup..HaHa. I thought a moderate ingredient change would not matter. Well they still ate it.
