Does anyone have any clue as to why college text books are so god-awfully expensive? I just paid $60 for a mostly illustrated volume called “How The Internet Works”. Chapter one: “what is the internet?” Not to mention an 800 page tome devoted solely to command line DOS. All told, I just dropped more money at the campus bookstore then I did on my car payment. Oy.

I have never known why textbooks are so expensive. Maybe because they are bound so much better than other books? [/having no clue]
Just remember dear that edjumacation ain’t cheep. 800 pages on DOS? Holy crap!
